US.Dos Banderas is an independently owned Tex-Mex restaurant in Historic Downtown Garland, serving Garland since 2004. Downtown Garland is exploding with growth in the downtown entertainment district.

We are looking to fill the following positions:

Lead Bartender / Bar Manager

• this isn't a clipboard management position.

You'll still work behind the bar but you'll also have a hand in what comes across it. We want someone who loves being behind the bar, understands hospitality, can lead a team and gets excited about building something.

Bartender

• 2+ years experience in craft cocktail, speed, and inventory managementServer
• 1+ years in elevated dining experience .

What You'll Do:

Deliver warm, friendly service to every guestGuide guests through the menu, including food, margaritas, and specialsMaintain strong knowledge of menu items and bar offeringsAccurately take and deliver ordersServe food and beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktailsCreate a fun, welcoming atmosphere with a dynamic personalityWork closely with teammates to keep service running smoothlyProcess payments accurately and responsiblyMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areasFollow all alcohol service, safety, and sanitation guidelines

What We're Looking For:

Dynamic, engaging personality with a passion for hospitalityTeam player who supports coworkers and jumps in when neededStrong communication and multitasking skillsAbility to stay upbeat and professional in a busy environmentPrevious restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required
