The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling practices. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service for all customers. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment's schedule. Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws and regulations.
