Job Overview The Cliffs Resort is seeking an energetic and motivated Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and crafting signature cocktails. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests while efficiently managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Process cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Ensure food safety standards are consistently met through proper food handling and sanitation practices. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, dining space, and service stations throughout shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required; fine dining or banquet experience is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Experience with wine knowledge, craft beer, and beverage presentation enhances your candidacy. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Knowledge of food safety standards and basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
