Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Resort Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of resort operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high standards of service, and drive operational excellence. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and staff are motivated to deliver outstanding hospitality. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, possesses strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Oversee daily reort operations, including front desk management, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance departments Supervise and manage hospitality teams, ensuring team members deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences in line with resort standards Implement and maintain property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking efficiency and guest satisfaction Ensure adherence to guest service standards, handling guest relations issues promptly and professionally to foster positive reviews and repeat business Maintain effective managerial communication across departments to promote teamwork and operational cohesion Monitor resort guest services standards such as phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and guest complaint resolution Experience Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or operations with a strong background in overseeing hospitality teams Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including property management systems (PMS), Experience with human resources functions such as staffing, training, and employee relations in a hospitality setting Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and enhance customer service excellence Join us as a Resort Manager where your leadership transforms guest experiences into memorable moments.
