Server/Bartender

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems like OpenTable or similar tools Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend wine pairings or specials, and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns promptly, and facilitate smooth dining experiences Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS terminals, and provide correct change or receipts Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences Culinary, Liquor, and Wine Knowledge is a plus Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fine dining restaurant is a must have Strong communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team that values hospitality excellence!
