Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our bar area, creating memorable experiences for guests through excellent service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively environment where guests feel valued and entertained. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in retail math calculations. Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure seamless service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during events like banquets or catering functions. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or hospitality settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous. Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and customer service are essential for success. Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and beverage preparation techniques such as brewing is beneficial. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations accurately. Knowledge of serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to all food industry regulations is required. Prior experience in catering or banquet environments will be considered a plus.
