Join Our Team Whispers Bar & Lounge opened December 1st and continues to grow month over month. We're looking for experienced bartenders who bring great energy, professionalism, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Whispers isn't your typical bar—we're a social lounge where guests come to sip, socialize, and stay a while. Many of our patrons travel 30+ minutes to spend their evening with us, so delivering a standout experience is everything. Hours Weekdays:

1:00 PM

• 12:00

AM Weekends:

10:30 AM

• 2:00 AM What We Offer Competitive pay + tips (day shift differential available) Flexible scheduling Fun, team-oriented environment Opportunities for growth and leadership as we expand A unique, high-energy atmosphere with DJs and weekly events The opportunity to help build and grow a brand from the ground up Responsibilities Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, social atmosphere Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently and efficiently Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and upbeat manner Use Square POS to manage orders, tabs, and payments accurately Monitor alcohol consumption and follow all TABC guidelines Maintain cleanliness of the bar, service areas, and restrooms Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning Support bar operations including light barback duties and restocking Assist with inventory awareness and minimizing waste Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, safe operations Follow all company policies and procedures Requirements Previous bartending experience required TABC Certification (required) Food Handler Certification (required) Experience with Square POS preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash, tips, and transactions Availability for nights, weekends, and events Positive attitude and team-first mindset Why Whispers?
