Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure smooth service during busy hours Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service regulations and safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events such as banquets or catering functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts using strong time management skills Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing Experience working in the food industry or hospitality environment is highly desirable Familiarity with beverage brewing processes and alcohol regulations is advantageous This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
