Bartender Queen Bee s Tea Room (Houston Heights)Queen Bee s Tea Room is seeking an experienced bartender to join our growing team in the historic Heights Ironworks district.

We are a high-volume, upscale tea room and cocktail concept known for elevated tea service, specialty cocktails, beautiful presentation, and warm hospitality. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, organization, and guest connection.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, espresso beverages, and specialty drinksMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked barExecute recipes consistently and efficientlyProvide excellent guest service and hospitalityAssist with bar prep, garnishes, batching, and opening/closing dutiesSupport daytime restaurant service as well as occasional private eventsWork collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams during busy service periodsQualificationsPrevious bartending experience requiredStrong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wineAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressurePositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetReliable transportation and punctuality requiredTABC certification requiredWeekend availability requiredWhat We re Looking ForWe are building a team of professionals who are dependable, drama-free, solution-oriented, and hospitality focused.
