The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in fine dining or nightlife environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. $10/hour plus 20% of tip pool. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience. Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events, including banquets and catering functions. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for timely replenishment. Uphold responsible serving practices, checking identification to verify legal drinking age. Stay informed about new products, cocktail trends, and menu changes to enhance guest experiences. Skills Proficient in Toast, Aloha POS, or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service. Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and promote specials. Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub, or food service environments preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
