Position Overview:

As a bartender, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Serve Beverages:

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel recipes and guest preferences.

Customer Service:

Provide attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar and in the hotel lounge area.

Menu Knowledge:

Have a thorough understanding of the beverage menu, including specials and promotions.

Upselling:

Recommend and upsell drinks and additional services to enhance guest satisfaction.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools and equipment.

Compliance:

Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and hotel policies.

Inventory Control:

Assist in monitoring beverage inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Cash Handling:

Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

A Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar establishment preferred. Strong knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and recipes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse clientele. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Mobility to move quickly between tasks and around the bar area. Attention to detail and cleanliness.
