We are seeking someone who can provide excellent hospitality while keeping the bar organized, stocked, and ready for service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages Set up and fully prepare the bar for daily service Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system Maintain a clean and organized bar throughout the shift Restock liquor, wine, beer, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies Prepare juices, garnishes, and other bar ingredients as needed Follow Anthony's recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Assist with dining room and restaurant opening duties when needed Communicate effectively with servers, management, and the kitchen Follow all TABC and food-safety requirements What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer Professional appearance and attitude Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently during slower periods Able to stay organized and efficient during busy service Strong guest-service and communication skills TABC certification required or must be obtained Available for morning/day shifts, including weekends as scheduled About Anthony's Anthony's is an upscale Italian restaurant in Houston's River Oaks area focused on excellent food, cocktails, wine, and genuine hospitality.
