A Day In The LifeIt's never dull! Whether you're serving tables or behind the bar, your primary responsibility is to create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors. You can take pride in knowing that each guest leaves satisfied with our mouth-watering Detroit-style pizza and excited to tell their friends about it.
You'll wear many hats throughout your shift, from making recommendations and sharing menu knowledge, to taking and serving food and beverage orders, and upselling additional items. You'll ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and up to Via 313 standards, while checking the quality of each order and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
Behind the bar, you'll confidently serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with creativity and consistency, while keeping the bar fully stocked and running smoothly. Whether interacting with guests at the table or in casual conversation, you bring an outgoing, friendly energy that makes every experience memorable.
You'll work closely with your team to maintain a clean, safe environment, follow all health department regulations, deliver checks, process payments, and most importantly provide outstanding service every step of the way.
