• Katy Mills , is looking for an energetic and guest-focused Breakfast Server & Bartender / Restaurant Server to join our team full-time.

This is a dual-role position offering a mix of morning breakfast shifts and evening restaurant/bar shifts. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes interacting with people, and wants consistent work in a professional hotel and restaurant environment. • 10:30 AM Breakfast service: 6:30 AM
• 10:00 AM Evening Bartender / Restaurant Server Shift Approximately 5:45 PM
• 10:15 PM Schedules may vary based on hotel and restaurant business levels.

Weekend and holiday availability is required. Additional hours may become available as business levels increase. Your responsibilities will include:

Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Serve breakfast, dinner, cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages Prepare cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and standards Learn the menu and make helpful food and drink recommendations Check guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience Process payments accurately using the restaurant POS system Follow all alcohol-service requirements, including proper ID verification Set up and prepare the restaurant, breakfast area, and bar for service Restock beverages, supplies, condiments, and service areas as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining and bar environment Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Assist with dishes and other restaurant duties when needed Communicate low inventory, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management Work closely with other team members to keep service running smoothly Assist hotel guests with questions and requests whenever possible Maintain a professional appearance and represent Burger Theory and Holiday Inn with pride What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, personable, hardworking, and comfortable interacting with guests. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with a great attitude and strong customer-service skills.

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous serving, bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer-service and communication skills A friendly, outgoing, and professional personality Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods Basic knowledge of cocktails and bar service preferred Willingness to learn both breakfast and evening restaurant/bar operations Dependable attendance and reliable availability Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. when necessary What Makes Someone Successful Here?
