Server/Bartender

Keller Tavern is looking for Servers/Bartenders with experience who are reliable, outgoing, well spoken and are able to work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Must be willing to work server shifts. There will be opportunities to pick up bartending shifts when available Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Shift4 POS system Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Serve food and beverages promptly Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and resetting tables for new guests Maintain guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally Support other team members as needed Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or nightclub environments

REQUIRED

21+ preferred, MUST be over 18 Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in busy settings Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to handle cash and perform basic math accurately Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales opportunities Food industry knowledge including food handling, preparation, and guest services
