Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Texas Demonstrated experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings Strong understanding of care compliance, evaluation procedures, and treatment planning Excellent documentation and clinical reasoning skills Ability to provide patient, family, and peer education Commitment to safety, ethical standards, and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat assigned patients, creating individualized care plans focused on functional outcomes Complete timely, accurate documentation and compliance with all state, federal, and facility requirements Delegate, direct, and supervise therapy services as appropriate for assigned caseload Participate in and promote workplace and patient safety initiatives Actively engage in performance improvement and clinical education activities Support and mentor students and peers within the clinic
