Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by handling food and drinks responsibly, adhering to food handling regulations. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to process transactions smoothly. Keep track of inventory levels, restock bar supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving. Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by setting up bars and serving food or drinks as needed. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in the food industry, retail math, or brewing environments is a plus. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Prior bartending experience involving cash handling, serving alcohol responsibly, and supporting catering or banquet events is preferred.
