As a Healthy Bartender, you play a major role in representing The Vibe brand through product consistency, hospitality, cleanliness, positive energy, and customer connection. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Primary Responsibilities Product Preparation & Consistency Prepare high-quality beverages and products consistently following company recipes and standards Use proper measurements and preparation systems Ensure all products meet presentation and quality expectations Maintain clean, organized, and stocked workstations Verify order accuracy before customer handoff Customer Experience & Hospitality Greet and acknowledge customers warmly Create meaningful and positive customer interactions Maintain high-energy, welcoming hospitality throughout every shift Protect overall customer experience and environment Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth operations Store Cleanliness & Organization Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the establishment Clean and organize stations throughout shifts Follow company cleanliness and food safety standards Assist with restocking ingredients, cups, lids, supplies, and inventory Help maintain overall organization and operational flow Requirements Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to work well in fast-paced environments Detail-oriented and coachable mindset Strong teamwork and professionalism Ability to stay organized and maintain cleanliness standards Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts Food Handler Certification Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods throughout shifts (up to 8 hours) Frequent movement throughout the establishment Bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying products/supplies Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
