Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, taking drink orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with catering staff during events to provide excellent service to guests. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing efficiently. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. Familiarity with food handling regulations is advantageous.
