Surfing Crab Cajun Seafood & Bar is looking for an experienced Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages, provides outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all TABC regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs.
Process guest orders and payments accurately.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with guests.
Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of food service and/or bartending experience preferred.
Current TABC Certification required.
Current Food Handler Certification required.
Knowledge of mixed drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable and team-oriented.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Comfortable working in a high-volume restaurant environment.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Compensation:
Pay based on experience.
