The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that all patrons enjoy their time at our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Interact with customers in a friendly and engaging manner to enhance their experience. Process transactions accurately using Toast POS. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods or special events such as banquets or catering functions. Utilize time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers while maintaining high service standards. Skills Proficiency in Toast POS systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and increase revenue. Previous fine dining experience is preferred but not required. Solid customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices in the food industry. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Experience in brewing or knowledge of various beverage types is a plus. Familiarity with banquet service and catering operations is beneficial. A background in retail math can enhance efficiency in managing transactions.
