Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as touchbistro POS or toast POS; handle cash handling responsibly. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience while staying within brand guidelines. Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods such as big reservations or catering events. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills and beverage knowledge including spirits, wine, craft beer, and mixology techniques. Familiarity with POS systems like TouchBistroPOS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively, professional manner. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
