Modern office setting Growth opportunities Hilton Garden Inn is hiring for a Server/Bartender at our Odessa, TX location. Server/Bartender Job Description The Server/Bartender is responsible for preparing alcoholic beverages for customers and service of drinks and food to guests in a timely and accurate manner. The position will also assist with food preparation, bar stock management, and sanitation.Essential Functions:
Prepares bar area, including stocking bar inventory, taking drink orders, and clearing away from guests. Prepares alcoholic beverages for guests. Prepares food items for service, including cutting, plating, and presentation. Prepares ingredients for mixed drinks including mixing, shaking, or mixing + + + + + + + food prep. Cleans and organizes workstations and equipment. Monitors inventory of all products and replenishes as needed to maintain cleanliness standards. Completes all duties in a timely manner. Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.Competencies:
