Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes, suggest pairings, and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while providing attentive customer service Assist in food service when needed, including serving food items or supporting banquet and catering events Requirements Proven experience as a

in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or upscale bar experience Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly during busy hours Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable moments through exceptional drinks and outstanding service!
