Pure Social Bar & Grill is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bussers and Barbacks to join our vibrant team. As a key part of our service staff, you will support our bartenders and servers in maintaining a clean and efficient environment, ensuring our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Bussers:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests have finished their meals.
• Assist servers with the delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning spills.
• Refill water glasses and assist with other guest needs as directed.
• Stock and organize dining supplies and utensils as necessary.

Barbacks:

• Support bartenders in preparing and serving beverages to guests.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked with supplies, including ice, garnishes, glassware, and liquor.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar for service.
• Handle kegs and assist with the maintenance of the bar equipment.
• Ensure that all bar supplies are well-organized and replenished throughout shifts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods.
