About Us:

The Lighthouse Inn at Aransas Bay is a beautiful waterfront hotel and restaurant offering guests a relaxing coastal experience with warm hospitality, great food, and scenic bay views. We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Bartender/Server to join our team and help create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and company standards. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow TABC regulations. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. Set up and close down bar area, restock supplies, and maintain inventory

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender and/or server preferred. Current TABC and Food Handler certifications required (or ability to obtain). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
