Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender/Mixologist in our Cross Eyed Martini Lounge where your skills, passion for craft cocktails, fine beverages, and exceptional customer service will shine. In this energetic role, you will craft innovative drinks, serve guests with enthusiasm, and create memorable experiences in a lively, upscale environment. Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, will contribute to the speakeasy atmosphere our guests love. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills and grow within the hospitality industry. This is a salaried position with tips. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits with precision and flair. Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting for guests. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction. Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld in accordance with food safety regulations. Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments swiftly during busy hours. Experience Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting. Extensive knowledge of cocktail techniques, beverage recipe development, wine selection, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods. Experience working with craft beer menus and brewing knowledge is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly.. Basic math skills for retail math calculations including cash handling and billing accuracy Serving food in an upscale atmosphere with grace and professionalism.
