What You'll Do Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Servers Deliver attentive, personalized fine dining service. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and daily specials. Anticipate members' needs while maintaining impeccable service standards. Ensure accuracy in order taking, food delivery, and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to create an exceptional dining experience. Hosts/Hostesses Welcome members and guests with professionalism and warmth. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Maintain a polished entrance and waiting area. Coordinate table flow with the dining room management team. Build relationships with members by recognizing preferences and providing personalized service. Bartenders Mix and garnish premium alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to exact house recipes. Provide gracious, high-touch service to bar guests and support dining room beverage orders. Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization at the bar. Manage inventory, track stock levels, and restock supplies. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of upscale bartending or mixology experience. Extensive knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and classic cocktails. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Current responsible alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe). Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
