As a Barback, you will support bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized. Your energy and dedication will help maintain the lively atmosphere of our establishment, whether it's during bustling nights at the nightclub or elegant banquet events. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, including liquor, mixers, and garnishes to ensure seamless service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by regularly cleaning surfaces, glassware, and equipment. Support food preparation efforts by assisting with dishwashing and food handling as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Buss tables and ensure that all areas are tidy to enhance the guest experience. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred; familiarity with nightclub or banquet environments is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures is beneficial. A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent hospitality experiences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
