5:00 PM - 11:00 PM Are you energetic, service-focused, and passionate about craft beverages? We're looking for a Weekend Bartender to join our team! This part-time role is perfect for someone who enjoys a vibrant, guest-centered environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality. What You'll Do Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and engage with guests to enhance their experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. Handle cash and process transactions using Silverware POS or similar systems. Ensure responsible alcohol service and follow all legal and company regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen for smooth food service when needed. Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and ordering supplies. Follow all food safety and handling standards. Stay composed and efficient during busy rushes. What We're Looking For Previous Bartending experience required. Previous Hotel experience preferred. POS experience (Silverware POS is a bonus!). Strong cash-handling skills and attention to detail. Solid math skills for managing tabs and pricing. Knowledge of drink preparation or brewing techniques is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Valid food-handling certification (required by local regulations).
