In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in delivering outstanding hospitality, from preparing perfect drinks to ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Your Role:
As a Bartender, you will transform every guest interaction into a delightful experience. Your mission is to create top-notch beverages while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere at the bar. Some of your key responsibilities include: Greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they step up to the bar. Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes and portion controls, ensuring each drink is made to perfection. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, keeping it inviting and efficient. Monitor and manage inventory to control costs and ensure a seamless operation. Comply with all safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and serving responsibly. Handle transactions accurately, always ringing transactions, providing receipts and thanking guests with a smile. Collaborate with the team to keep the bar running smoothly, performing both opening and closing duties. Stay knowledgeable about our offerings and engage in up-selling to enhance the guest experience. Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S. system. Other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For:
Must be 21+ years of age 1+ year of Bartending experience in a hotel or bar/restaurant preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Unexpired Alcohol Awareness Certification and Food Handlers Certifications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor and delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of call and well brand liquors, wines, and beers a plus. Flexible availability.What We'll Do For You:
