Your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and sales skills will help create memorable moments for our guests while supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system TOAST, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions accurately while upselling menu items like specialty drinks or desserts to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while maintaining excellent guest relations Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively Culinary experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures We value energetic team players who thrive on creating lively dining environments.
