Bartender We're seeking a skilled, high-energy bartender who takes pride in craft, consistency, and guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering polished, personable service. You'll be responsible for preparing quality beverages with precision, maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Strong knowledge of spirits, efficiency behind the bar, and the ability to build rapport with guests are essential. What You'll Do Craft and serve beverages with consistency, speed, and attention to detail Deliver exceptional, engaging guest service at all times Maintain bar setup, inventory, and cleanliness to high standards Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and company policies Anticipate guest needs and build relationships with regulars What You Bring 2+ years of high-volume bartending experience Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Confidence with POS systems and cash handling Professional presence and excellent communication skills Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays) TABC certification and commitment to responsible service Why Join Us Medical membership with preventive and diagnostic coverage during the first year (part-time) Access to wellness resources and support services Eligibility for full medical benefits after 12 months of consistent full-time hours.
