Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Lead and motivate bartenders and bar staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences while fostering a positive team environment. Prepare, serve, and customize a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Develop and refine beverage recipes to introduce innovative drinks that excite our guests and elevate the bar's offerings. Manage POS systems such as Future POS and Pecan POS to process cash transactions accurately, handle cash handling procedures, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, responsible alcohol service policies, and health standards across all bar operations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing orders for beverages and supplies, and minimizing waste. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Support food service operations when needed, including serving food items or assisting with catering events like banquets or private parties. Maintain detailed records of sales, incidents, and shift reports to support operational efficiency and accountability. Experience Proven experience as a bartender with strong cocktail mixing skills (mixology) and beverage recipe development expertise. Previous bartending or bar management experience in bars, lounges, or hospitality settings preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Future POS or Pecan POS is ideal but training will be provided. Knowledge of all types of liquors, large variation of shots, beer varieties, and beverage trends is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences in hospitality or food industry settings. Experience working in nightclubs, bars, or banquet environments is a plus for handling diverse service scenarios. Basic math skills for retail math calculations like cash handling, food cost control, and inventory management are required. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations is necessary to ensure compliance across all operations.
