Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team at The Breeze Beachfront Resort! In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm for beverage presentation, and hospitality will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring accuracy in processing transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking. Handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly during busy service hours. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments; previous bar management experience is a plus. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage presentation. Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Food safety certification or knowledge of food handling standards required; hospitality industry experience preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
