The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency with POS systems such as Square, and a solid background in food and beverage service. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, mixing drinks, and ensuring an exceptional experience in both fine dining and nightlife settings. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, multitasking abilities, and a thorough understanding of TABC rules and regulations. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately according to standard recipes and guest preferences Operate POS systems including Square for order processing and cash handling, as well as a separate reservations system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with TABC regulations Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory control Handle cash transactions accurately and balance registers at the end of shifts Uphold all safety standards related to alcohol service and workplace safety regulations Assist in setting up for events as required Check patrons in and out of their virtual golf bay reservations Assist patrons in setting up their virtual golf system at the beginning of every reservation Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments; hospitality or food industry background preferred Proficiency with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales tracking, and retail math calculations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations Previous experience in catering or banquet service is advantageous Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or special events as needed Join our team as a who is passionate about hospitality, dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences, and eager to contribute to a lively environment.
