The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology. This role involves creating memorable experiences for guests through expertly prepared beverages and engaging interactions. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with weekend and evening availability required. Familiarity with Toast POS system is preferred, along with the ability to lift 20-30 lbs as needed. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks accordingly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations. Operate POS systems efficiently to process orders accurately. Restock bar supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth service throughout shifts. Uphold all safety protocols, including proper handling of glassware and liquids. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Skills Proven experience in food service and bartending roles, with a focus on spirits and mixology techniques. Strong knowledge of wine varieties and cocktail recipes. Experience using POS systems; familiarity with Toast POS is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Ability to lift 20-30 lbs regularly during shifts. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Bilingual communication skills are advantageous but not essential. Pay:
$10.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 35.0 per week
