The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. Main duties are, but not limited to: serving guests food and beverage orders, engaging with our guests, complete daily-and weekly cleaning duties to ensure the highest sanitation standards are followed and glassware and bar are presentable as well as maintaining a daily supply inventory. Preferred candidates can work independently and understands state and local serving guidelines.

Refined verbal communication skills. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Texas Food Handler certificate and TABC required.
