Dakotas Steakhouse - Tyler, TX Dakotas Steakhouse, a premier fine dining destination in Tyler, TX, is seeking a skilled and professional Bartender to join our team. We are looking for a service-driven individual who is passionate about craft cocktails, fine wines, and creating an exceptional guest experience in a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Craft and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, and spirits with precision and consistency. Provide engaging, knowledgeable, and professional service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant. Maintain a deep knowledge of our curated wine list and cocktail offerings, making thoughtful recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Manage bar inventory, stocking, and cleanliness to ensure seamless service. Adhere to all alcohol service regulations and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and premium spirits . Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining attention to detail. TABC certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
