Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, wines, and craft beers with precision and flair. Develop unique beverage recipes that enhance our menu offerings and delight members. Manage bar operations efficiently using POS system. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with members, taking orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service during busy hours, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub settings. Experience Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, cocktail techniques, and beverage recipe development. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety knowledge to ensure compliance.
