Citizen is getting ready to open in Clear Lake, and we're hiring PM Baristas / Bartenders to bring great coffee, cocktails, and energy to our new dinner service. Start now! Train with our experienced team at Citizen of Montrose in Houston , learn our beverage program and service standards, then transition to Clear Lake as part of the opening team once the new location opens.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for experienced hospitality pros who are comfortable behind the bar and know how to keep the energy going during a busy service. You'll be a great fit if you: Have 2+ years of Barista and/or Bartending experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant. Are confident preparing coffee and espresso drinks Are comfortable preparing cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Are warm, outgoing, and naturally engaging with guests Stay fast, organized, and detail-oriented during service Keep a clean, stocked, and organized bar Are a strong communicator and team player Are passionate about great drinks and hospitality

PM AVAILABILITY

Evening / PM availability required Weekend availability required Full-time and part-time opportunities available Must be comfortable working busy dinner services

COMPENSATION

Base pay: $3.00/hour + 100% of tipsEstimated average tips: 12 - 16/hourEstimated total compensation: 15 - 19+/hour , depending on sales, shifts worked, and actual tips earned.
