Basic Job Duties and Expectations:

Prepare, mix and serve beverages for guests Provide service for guests and the bar and service restaurant tables on lower occupancy days Prepare, set up, stock, take down, clean and provide quality beverages and food products, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Assist EPC servers, server assistants, and greeters as needed to provide guests with exceptional customer service.
