Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance registers at shift end. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within a hospitality or restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, cocktail techniques, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages. Previous nightclub or fine dining experience is a plus; experience in bar management is advantageous.
