Job Description
Our client, a leader in the industrial automation industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist , you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting daily accounts receivable activities, customer billing, payment processing, collections, and ERP data management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully within the organization.

First Shift What's the Job? Process daily accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently Prepare and distribute customer invoices in a timely manner Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding billing and payment inquiries Review aging reports and perform collections activities to ensure timely payments Reconcile payments and resolve billing discrepancies to maintain accurate records What's Needed? Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Office applications What's in it for me?
