The Westerner is currently hiring for a part-time Part-time Bar Assistant

• Barback to support our bartenders by cleaning, washing glasses, restocking, and assisting with anything else as needed in the West Valley City, UT area. This barback position earns a competitive wage of $2.50 per hour plus tips that range from $150

DAY-TO-DAY

This part-time position typically works every Friday and Saturday from 8:00 PM

• 2:30 AM . As a Part-time Bar Assistant
• Barback, you are the lifeblood of our bar!

You support our bartending system and ensure that our bartenders have everything they need to be successful in their position. It's important that you are able to be proactive and anticipate our bartenders' needs in a fast-paced environment. You wash glassware, help dispense beer, and restock supplies as needed. You also help with cleaning around the area, keeping our bar organized and neat. We train our barbacks to be future bartenders, so there is plenty of room for advancement! You feel good about using your cleaning and service skills to keep our bar fun, safe, and functional for everyone!
