• Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our crew at Virtue Feed And Grain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, extensive knowledge of whiskey, and the ability to create unique and classic cocktails. As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain the bar's high standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly/professional manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Virtue's recipes.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the bar is stocked for the shift.
• Check guests identification to ensure they meet age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and bverages.
• Lift and carry 25 plus pounds
• Restocking the bar for the shift

• Skills:

• The following skills are required or preferred for this role:
• Experience with cash register and POS systems
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and food service
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Proficient in cash handling procedures
• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is beneficial
