The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food in a manner befitting the highest level of hospitality. To succeed as a bartender here at Vermilion you should have a neat appearance and an engaging, friendly personality. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Must be willing to practice a "Bespoke Hospitality" philosophy: "Hospitality has seen a welcomed evolution over the last few years with travellers now actively seeking out one-of-a-kind experiences. This has undoubtedly prompted a new level of competition within the hospitality sector as restaurants seek to stand head and shoulders above one another. Although critical aspects such as personalisation and customer service will forever remain as the beating heart of hospitality, the key to going that step further and opening up a new world of wonder for guests lies in the details."
