Virginia:
Arlington, Lorton, Oakton, Falls Church Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as TOAST, including processing payments and handling cash safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as TOASTT Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Demonstrated time management skills to handle high-volume service periods effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food safety procedures.
