• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check identification to ensure legal drinking age
• Collect payment and operate cash register or POS system
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication ```Experience```
• Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
• Proficient in operating cash registers or POS systems
• Knowledge of popular drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously
