Position Summary The Aqua Pool Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service in a dynamic, outdoor poolside setting. This role combines technical bartending skills with engaging, guest-focused service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining luxury-level service standards. What You'll Do Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to established recipes and standards Provide attentive, friendly, and personalized service to guests at the pool and bar area Anticipate guest needs and deliver a proactive, engaging service experience aligned with Forbes standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar and surrounding areas Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system Restock bar inventory, including garnishes, glassware, and supplies Collaborate with servers and culinary team members to ensure seamless service What We're Looking For 1-3 years of bartending experience, preferably in a resort, restaurant, or hospitality setting Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset Ability to multitask and maintain composure during peak service times Preferred Qualifications Experience in a resort, poolside, or high-volume environment Knowledge of luxury or Forbes-level service standards TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and humidity Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Why Join Boar's Head Resort Work in a luxury resort environment with a vibrant, guest-focused atmosphere Be part of a collaborative and energetic team Opportunities for growth within the Food & Beverage department Deliver memorable experiences in a unique poolside setting
